Services
We are there to make life easier. We can supply your buildings with all there cleaning materials and maintenance needs i.e. detergents, brooms , mops signs, lights and light fittings, ladders, maintenance tools, paint, locks, compost, protective gear and so much more.
Cleaning service
We offer once off cleaning of flats which tenants have just vacated. Cleaning after alteration have been done to flats. We also do cleaning of blocks of flats in all common areas. Cleaners are supervised and I inspect the site personally on a weekly basis. Should anything not be up to your satisfaction, we are always willing to discuss this with you and show the cleaner what is require.

COVID-19
All staff that work on site take there temperature every morning. Each member has their own thermometer, they keep a record on a data sheet and I sign off on them when I inspect the buildings. All stock is sanitizer before the delivery and sanitized on delivery.
